Through a wakeful way of being with activities such as Hiking Meditation, dance and stillness as offered in the Full Moon Meditation, Music Improvisation, watching Films and more, the joy of living is consciously experienced. Periods of silence are part of all activities offered at the Inner Metamorphosis University.
