Beginner's Tai Chi Chih

Tai Chi Chih is a non-martial arts form of Tai Chi. Proven by NIH studies (National Institute of Health) to improve the inner organ functioning, musculature, immune system as well as balance, stress etc. Based on the ancient Chinese self-healing tradition of Chi Gong, soft movements allow the chi energy (life force) to flow in a meditative way in the body and mind. Tai Chi Chih was developed by Justin Stone in 1974 a master of Tai Chi Chuan, He studied in Asia, India and China, and developed 19 independent movements which are quite easy to learn and which make the benefits more accessible to the Western Lifestyle.
