Sesshin is an ancient Japanese tradition from the ZEN background.
Seven days before full moon is to occur, the Sesshin period begins. It is a period in which you intensify your search for truth.
12 of these sets of reminders have been compiled in the book The Source of Joy Within for a whole year's practice.

Each set of these Sesshin reminders is meant to be used for a period of three weeks. After that, it is recommended to allow a gap of one week before you begin with the next set of reminders. Please listen to a short sample or to the whole reminder, see below.
