
Our events build bridges to bring the meditation practice into our everyday living. Through a wakeful way of being with activities such as Hiking Meditation, dance and stillness as offered in the Full Moon Meditation, Music Improvisation, watching Films and more, the joy of living is consciously experienced.
Periods of silence are part of all activities offered at the Inner Metamorphosis University.

We offer and recommend a daily meditation practice, taking time every day to just be (with) yourself, without the attempt to do, change or achieve anything. This daily practice allows you to live in balance between the active and the relaxation;
between the joy and excitement of creating, and a state of simply, receptively being in stillness.
While learning a non judgmental quality of witnessing ourselves as well as our surrounding, an inner stillness arises out of which all deep fulfillment, joy, creativity, love and care are born.
