These exercises have been developed by Bhashkar Perinchery and
are guided by members of the I.M.U. They provide a support to
allow a space in which all activity, identifications and worries
are deliberately put aside.
Allowing a state of
nobodyness and silence
creates a healthy balance to our active day.
We can then experience a state of deep relaxation, Inner Peace and profound joy, a feeling of at-home-ness.
