The I.M.U. offers meditation, awareness & celebration events

The meditation classes, groups, courses and workshops offered at the Inner Metamorphosis University Chicago meditation center include a variety of ancient and new practices using dance, awareness oriented activities such as hiking meditation, breath-awareness, and daily silent sitting and more. Meditation Retreats are offered at other locations.

Core Vinyasa Yoga

Mon: 5:30-7pm; Thur: 7:30-9pm; Sat: 9:00-10:30am

A deep movement flow class that pauses to deconstruct poses using Forrest Yoga alignment principles. A complete combination of abdominal, hip, back, shoulder and limb work this practice brings us fully present into our bodies, releasing stress, and mental and emotional patterns.
